I look forward to seeing you and treating you again. Of course we have to go over some things first and make some new agreements to keep everyone as safe and healthy as we can. Thank you for your openness and patience with the process and newness. I want you to be clear about my decisions and new actions so your choice to come into my clinic is as informed as possible. (Making an appointment is your confirmation that you agree with the following protocol)

Very Important Things To Know :

First and foremost - do not enter building or come to your appointment if you are sick. Let me know if you have traveled in the last 2 weeks. Cancellation fees are suspended, with the exception of No Shows.

My office is well ventilated with 2 air filters running at all times. I sanitize between patients.

Wear a well fitting mask - Saturn Building requires it and so do I. If your mask is loose, I will give you another mask to put on top of it.

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. For clothes will stay on for treatment.

Please bring a minimal amount of things with you into the building.

You can bring a water bottle if you feel it is necessary.

Saturn Building is locked. Use the code #1478 to get into the lobby (the “#” is important).

Wash your hands when you arrive on the 4th floor. Bathroom code is 1817.

I will keep your total appointment time to 50mins and 80mins so I can sanitization between patients.

I will double mask. I will not wear gloves

Please come to SUITE 420 instead of 418 for your appointment with me

I will take your temperature with you arrive.

Door will open right at your appointment time and will remain open until you arrive. If door is closed, then I am not ready for you.

I will invoice you for the appointment. Unless you want to leave an envelope with a check or cash, you are welcome to do so

Be well, be smart, be safe.
